Product Description
The mechanical properties of SPCC carbon steel coils mainly include tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. Its tensile strength is generally between 270~380MPa, yield strength is between 180~280MPa, and elongation is between 18%~30%. In addition, SPCC carbon steel coils also have good bending and welding performance, making them easy to process and shape.
The processing technology of SPCC carbon steel coils mainly includes cold rolling and annealing treatment. Cold rolling can give carbon steel coils the desired shape and size, while annealing can eliminate internal stresses generated during the rolling process, improve the plasticity and toughness of the material, and facilitate further processing. In addition, SPCC carbon steel coils can also undergo coating treatments such as galvanizing, chrome plating, etc. to improve their corrosion resistance.
